 Today for cybersmart we had to make a fake photo of as in a place we want to be. 

what to do,

You had to get a photo of us head to toe and then you use remove.bg to get rid of the background and we only have us. we get a favourite photo of use and then we download it, once you downloaded it copy it on a google drawing. Get the picture of you and put it on a spot to make it look realistic, then you are done!

volcano

 Today for my reading I have been learning about volcanoes, I had to create a video game cover. 

 What the game is about:

People that go out and explore the volcano and went inside, they thought it was extincted but no its wasn't. It started to rumble you now have to try and get out of inside the volcano before its to late. There will be clues around the volcano and tools to help.

Volcanoes

Stratovolcano 

People visit the Stratovolcano to see what it looks like, but it will be dangerous because they are steep, someone could slip and really hurt themselves and it may erupt at anytime and you might not know when it will erupt.

Stratovolcano are incredible because their explosives are really big and cool.

A Stratovolcano is 10-20 miles across and up to 10,000 or more feet tall.  

A Stratovolcano is 100,000 years old.

If you would by the Stratovolcano it will cost at least 1,000,000,000 dollars

Tornado in a bottle

 Today for reading I learnt about Tornado's, one of my tasks was to make a tornado in bottle.

How to make a tornado in a bottle,

ingredients:

1. glitter 

2. dish washing liquid

3.  plastic clear bottle

4. water

Steps: 

1.  fill a plastic clear bottle with water up to 3/4 

2. Add a few drops of dish washing liquid

3. put some glitter in the bottle

4. put the lid on tightly 

5. spin the bottle a couple of times and it will work 

 

Hurricanes

 What I've Learnt about Hurricanes is that it forms over warm water and that it hit New Orleans in 2005

My winter sports

 Today the year 5,6.7,8 went to winter sports. There is Hockey, Netball, football, circus, bowls, capture the flag. 

I do netball and in my team is Brody, Jai,  Joe, Trinity, Holly, Kaysha, Corina, Jennifer, sapphire and Paityn. We versed Rawhiti  Black, court 16. We won by 14 to 4. I was WA ( Wing A ) the whole entire game.

 At first I was confused but then I got used to it after like 5 minutes. We did really good, Corina did really good she got lots of goals and then it was half time and then we got back on and this time it was Jai that was the shooter. Rawhiti finally got points and then Jai got points.  The game was over and then we shaked hands. We packed up and then left.

At the last supper Jesus told his disciples that he will wash his disciples feet, he washed all feet and came to peter and peter said no you don't need to but Jesus said that that what a good survent does and peter said fine if your going to wash my feet wash my whole body but Jesus said people have baths so i do not  have to wash you.

New Zealand Symphny Orchertra

New Zealand Symphony Orchestra

Last Thursday room 9/10, 2 and 3 went to the NZ symphony orchestra at the town hall. We went on a bus room 9/10 went in a white bus that had air conditioning and seat belts. We went because we were learning about music with Ms More. We listened to the story about Peter and the wolf.

I enjoyed listening to all the different instruments that they played and I loved the story too!

I loved that the charters from the story was each told from an instruments, these what they all was: Bird - flute, Duck - Obbo, Cat - Clarant, Peter - stings, Grandfather -  bassoon and the wolf - french horns. 

I loved the flute because it just sounds so nice and it has a really has a high note and can make nice sound especially the bird sound. 

 If i could play any instrument i would chose the flute because it makes a good sound, ill also want to play the violin because it looks fun to play.
